Sunday 30th August 2009 was the day for the City to Surf fun run and this year melanomaWA had its own members hitting the pavement. The team made up of people with melanoma, carers and family members took on the 12km and 4km runs and had a great day as the photos show.

The Tshirts created alot of interest on the day and even caught the eye of the Premier, while helping to raise the profile of melanomaWA in the community.

Well done guys and lets hope we can get a team together for next year to continue to get the message across that melanoma.... it's just a word, not a sentence..
