Melanoma March 2014
Coming in March 2014, melanomaWA will be teaming up with other Organisations across the country to bring to you a truly National Awareness Initiative for Skin and Sun Safety.

In WA, melanomaWA will be holding Melanoma March events in regional sites from the start of March culminating in the Perth Melanoma March on Sunday 23rd March… marching together with other events across the country.

We hold a number of monthly meetings throughout Western Australia for anyone touched by Melanoma.
2013 Perth March for Melanoma
Approx. 1200 people registered and took part in the 2013 Perth March for Melanoma, which was hailed a resounding success by the organising committee and the community who came along. As a part of the day, a balloon ceremony (see above) was held for those living with Melanoma, and those who have passed in a commemorative display of unity. Also the Scott Kirkbride Melanoma Research Centre teamed up with melanomaWA to provide an awareness and education area, and the Lions Cancer Institute provided on site skin screening.
